one: Sugar treatment for dry and cracked feet
When the skin is exposed to certain surfaces constantly, it can cause the skin to crack. And if left untreated, infection can set in.
Sugar treatment will help to soften, exfoliate and remove dead skin cells so as to make your feet look healthy and smooth.
With 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil thoroughly mixed together in a container, you can have your dry and cracked feet treated by applying the mixture over the cracked area of your feet and gently massage for close to 5 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. This exercise should be repeated 3 to 4 times a week till a difference is achieved.
two: Sugar treatment for rough elbows and knees
Want the skin covering your elbows and knees looking smooth and feeling soft? Then, you need the exfoliating powers of sugar together with the moisturizing qualities of coconut oil.
Get 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil very well mixed together in a container. Have the parts of your skin you wish to treat well cleaned, after which you can apply the mixture onto this skin areas.
Next thing, gently knead the mixture into the skin and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then rinse. Do this atleast twice a week.
three: Sugar mask for oily skin
Excess oil on your skin are caused by imbalances in your oil glands, but sugar treatment can act as an astringent to get rid of this.
3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of honey can do the magic.
Just combine all these in a container and mix until a thick paste is formed. Smooth this mixture over your face and allow it work for 15 minutes before you rinse.
Repeat 2 or 3 times a week at night.
four: Sugar treatment for the removal of unwanted hair
Sugar has a sticky texture, so with this quality, it can help remove unwanted body hair without you needing to use harsh products.
You’d need 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and water. Melt the sugar on low heat and mix with the lemon juice. Add a little water to obtain a thick paste that can be smoothed onto your skin.
Knead into your skin in the direction of hair growth and leave it to dry for 15 minutes.
Remove the mixture with a gentle circular massage to help remove the hair. Use two times a week.
